  • We recommend and coordinate with various wedding vendors, such as florists, photographers, caterers, musicians, DJs, officiants, and rental companies.

  • We review and negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best services and prices for the couple.

  • We develop a detailed timeline and schedule for the wedding day, including vendor arrival times, ceremony start, reception activities, and more.

  • We collaborate with the couple to create a cohesive wedding design concept, including themes, color schemes, decor elements, and floral arrangements.

  • We provide guidance and recommendations for wedding attire, including bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, groom and groomsmen attire, and accessories.

  • We oversee all aspects of the ceremony, including coordinating the processional, cueing music, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

  • We manage the reception timeline, including working with the MC to coordinate introductions, toasts, cake cutting, first dance, and other formalities.

  • We provide on-site coordination and supervision on the wedding day to ensure that all details are executed according to plan and handling any unforeseen issues that may arise.
